Responsible for the event ticketing, user mobile app and merchant POS app development and operation support. From frontend to backend, from cloud network to local network. We supported over 200,000 visitors in the 4 day event (OCT 26-29, 2023).
A Hong Kong IP licensing platform using NFT to serve artists in the Greater Bay Area to monetize their works. We connected to a mainland China blockchain and the Polygon network to bridge the need for China artists and overseas buyers.
Servicing the India market, a private blockchain was developed for AiiB to store Covid test results. Authorized organizations can retrieve the trusted results on blockchain. Test result data was written to the blockchain automatically from test machine.
Implemented a private blockchain platform for DSD construction sites in cooperation with HKUST, HKU and CityU to provide a decentralized, immutable network to store workflow metadata and documents. See the publication
A 5G based transportation robot solution to construction site to carry up to 200KG loads and be able to climb stairs without human intervention. We developed the 5G communication and navigation software.
Provided the digital transformation implementation to the group. New systems were delivered. (i.e. digital work permits, photo management and integrated project dashboard)
Developed Allianz corporate website with new design and user experience to better serve the China market.

Developed kiosk based directory and navigation system to the Computer Science Department to locate faculty members.
Full scale revamp of mobile app and web to cope with viewer growth together with on-going system enhancements and technical support.
The team developed mobile apps for ICAC, MTR, FSD. These apps were informative and fun to use.
